What is the maximum capacity for the space?

80 people for both classes and events

What is the rental pricing?

Class Rental Rate $75 Per Hour (no equipment usage)

Event Rental Rate $150 Per Hour (add-on equipment available including tables, chairs, cocktail tables, table linens, backdrop stands, stage pole, jumper, champagne walls, and more)

Event Rental Flat Rate $1,000 (for 7+ hours, hours may vary depending on class schedule, flat rate includes the use of tables, chairs, cocktails tables, and backdrop stands no additional charge)

Is there a deposit required?

Classes that do not require the use of any equipment or outside vendors do not require a deposit, but must be paid in full at time of booking.

Events REQUIRE a $150 Non-Refundable Security Deposit to the hold the date and the balance of the full rental fees are due in full 7 days prior to the event date. If event is booked within 7 days of desired date the full amount of rental fees plus $150 Non-Refundable Security Deposit is due at time of booking.

(Nonrefundable funds may be used as credit towards a future booking)

How can I see the space before booking?

We offer one-on-one tours by appointment or renters are able to drop by before and after classes to get a sneak peek of the studio.

What is the refund policy?

Classes are refundable 7 days before the class date at which time the fees paid become a credit towards a future booking.

Event rental fees are refundable when more than 7 days remain before the booking date, after which time the fees paid become a credit towards a future booking.

Security Deposit of $150 is non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future booking if cancellation is made 7 or more days prior to the booking date.

What additional services do you offer?

We aim to be a full service studio so we are currently compiling a list of “PREFERRED VENDORS” which includes Dj, Caterers, Event Planners, Decorators, Wine Tasting, Toddler Jumpers, Dancers, Dance Instructors, Bartenders, Security, Photo Booth, 360 Photo Booth, Barbers, Photographers, Videographers, Hair Stylists, Makeup Artist, Stylists, Equipment Rental, and more.

Can I use outside vendors?

Renter must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for any Outside Vendors to be used at least 48 hours prior to the event to be able to enter the facility. The use of any outside equipment (not provided by the studio) will require the renter to provide photos and/or descriptions and get a one-day special event insurance policy before equipment can be brought into the studio. We DO NOT allow bartenders selling alcohol, no cooking food onsite, no smoking, no Dj before 6pm Monday-Saturday.

Is insurance required?

Use of outside vendors require the renter to obtain event insurance or provide the Certificate of Insurance for each of their vendors to COLLAB at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
